Moving between slow-paced Thracian towns, vineyard estates and the layered streets of Istanbul, the journey reveals a region shaped by Byzantine, Ottoman and Balkan influences. How the Experience Unfolds
DAY 1
Istanbul to Vize & Thrace Wine Country
Travel from Istanbul into the historic landscapes of Thrace. Explore Vize and its remarkable Hagia Sophia before continuing to a vineyard estate surrounded by rolling countryside and some of Türkiye’s most exciting wine production.
DAY 2
Lüleburgaz & Vineyard Life
Visit the Sokullu Mehmet Paşa Complex in Lüleburgaz and discover the legacy of one of the Ottoman Empire’s most fascinating statesmen. Later, continue to another vineyard estate where wine, landscape and local gastronomy take centre stage.
DAY 3
Thrace to Istanbul
Enjoy a relaxed morning in the vineyards before returning to Istanbul. The evening concludes with dinner at Mikla, one of the city’s leading culinary destinations overlooking the Bosphorus and the historic peninsula.
DAY 4
The Phanariot Greeks of Istanbul
Walk through Fener and Ayvansaray, exploring the legacy of the Phanariot Greeks, the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate and some of Istanbul’s most remarkable Byzantine monuments before your airport transfer.
