From the historic neighbourhoods of Istanbul and the extraordinary landscapes of Cappadocia to the Mediterranean coast of Antalya, the journey balances history, nature and local life. Walking, hiking and cycling experiences are woven together with archaeological sites, cultural landmarks and everyday encounters, creating a journey that is both immersive and active without ever feeling rushed.

How the Experience Unfolds
DAY 1
Arrival in Istanbul
Arrive in Istanbul and settle into your hotel in the historic peninsula. The remainder of the day is yours to relax, explore the city independently and meet your guide for a welcome briefing.
DAY 2
The Icons of the Old City
Explore Istanbul’s most celebrated landmarks, including Hagia Sophia, Topkapı Palace and the Basilica Cistern. Together, they reveal the layered history of Byzantium, Constantinople and the Ottoman Empire.
DAY 3
Balat & Fener Urban Hike
Discover a different side of Istanbul on foot through the colourful neighbourhoods of Balat and Fener. Historic churches, synagogues, Ottoman houses and local cafés create one of the city’s most atmospheric walking routes.
DAY 4
Fly to Cappadocia
Fly to Cappadocia and settle into the region’s remarkable volcanic landscape. The afternoon is free to explore nearby villages or relax at your cave hotel.
DAY 5
Balloon Flight & Göreme
Rise before dawn for a hot air balloon flight above Cappadocia’s valleys and fairy chimneys. Later, visit the Göreme Open Air Museum and explore the rock-cut churches and monastic communities that shaped the region’s early Christian history.
DAY 6
Kaymaklı & Paşabağ
Explore the underground city of Kaymaklı before continuing to Paşabağ Valley, where Cappadocia’s famous fairy chimneys create one of the region’s most distinctive landscapes.
DAY 7
Hiking the Ihlara Valley
Follow the river through the lush Ihlara Valley, stopping at ancient cave churches and monastic sites hidden within the canyon walls. One of Cappadocia’s most scenic and rewarding walks.
DAY 8
Fly to Antalya
Travel to Antalya and discover the city’s historic centre, Kaleiçi. Roman gates, Ottoman houses and Mediterranean views set the tone for the final stage of the journey.
DAY 9
E-Biking & Ancient Pamphylia
Explore Antalya by e-bike before visiting Aspendos and Perge, two of the most impressive archaeological sites in the Mediterranean region.
DAY 10
Departure
Enjoy a final morning in Antalya before your transfer to the airport and onward journey home.
