How the Experience Unfolds

DAY 1
Gaziantep: Mosaics & Gastronomy
Arrive in Gaziantep and begin with the remarkable Zeugma Mosaic Museum, home to some of the finest Roman mosaics ever discovered. The day continues through the city’s historic bazaars and culinary traditions, from küşleme to şöbiyet, before an evening in the atmospheric courtyard of Hışvahan.
DAY 2
Halfeti, the Euphrates & Şanlıurfa
After a traditional Gaziantep breakfast of beyran soup, travel to Halfeti for a boat excursion along the Euphrates. Continue to Şanlıurfa, stopping en route for the region’s famous eggplant kebab before exploring Balıklıgöl and the historic heart of the city.
DAY 3
Soğmatar & Göbeklitepe
Begin the day with a traditional Urfa breakfast before exploring the ancient cult centre of Soğmatar. Continue to Göbeklitepe, the world’s oldest known temple complex, before transferring to the airport for your onward flight.
